After the purchase of your initial license, you are entitled to 30 days of free support. We encourage you to extend this by enrolling in the Checkout support plan. In short, the support plan gives you assistance when you need it and you get all Checkout updates for free as long as your plan is running.

Not covered by a Support Plan?

Purchase a single call for support. To purchase pay per call support, please dial the number in the resource box.
Pay per call is $50 for the first ten minutes and $5 for each additional minute.

Running a store can be very hectic. Whenever you come across a problem with Checkout, an answer is only a phone call or an email message away. You need a plan in order to get support after your 30 day introductory support. A Checkout Support and Maintenance Plan eases your mind.

* Support is English language only. Outside US/CAN/UK you need to dial a toll number. Technical support is limited to installation, upgrade assistance, basic usability, and basic functionality for Checkout software. All pricing is USD and subject to change. You must be on the current Checkout version before enrolling in support. MYOB Checkout support does not include resolution of issues caused by third-party services, hardware, software, or network providers. Checkout phone and online support does not include inquiries on non-current versions of Checkout, general accounting or taxation issues, nor does it include application consulting or training.
