I deactivate Checkout 4 from the machine but I can't activate it into the mew Mac.

Thank you

    Hello

Can I check that you have successfully installed CO4 on the new Mac and secondly, can you confirm that your CO store file has been upgraded to and used with CO4 on the old Mac?

I downloaded Checkout 4 from checkout website and installed it.
The old checkout that I am using I did't deactivate it.
From the Mac that I have Checkout 4 I made an upgrade and then a backup. After that I deactivate it.

    Thanks.

Just so I'm clear: you have one CO4 licence that you have paid for and installed on your old Mac but have now deactivated it and secondly, you have successfully installed CO4 on your new Mac but have been unable to activate it despite having internet access on that Mac?

    Yes, That's true.
I have one licence for Checkout 4 and one for Checkout 3.6
Now that we closed one shop I want to move the new licence on the store that i am using Checkout 3.6 for the moment.

With the licence of checkout 4 there is Machine ID also.
Does this matters now that I want to move it into a new machine?

    Thanks.

The deactivation process if done properly should clear the licence for use on a different Mac. What error message are you getting when you try and activate CO4 on the new Mac?

I don't get any error message.
I put the Serial Number but I can't click "Submit"

Submit's greyed-out? Can you confirm that it's the CO4 licence code you're entering and that you've typed it in rather than copying and pasting?

Submit is grey-out ( I can't press it) and I wrote the Serial Number.

I've pasted the support note on inactive Submit buttons, can I ask you to run through it. The url is https://checkoutapp.com/kb/registration/registration-errors

    Registration Submit button inactive
If the submit button at the bottom of the registration form cannot be selected:

Make sure you are copying the License Code from your Purchase email (if you have one). When you paste the code into the Registration page, make sure only the code is pasted with no leading or trailing characters such as spaces.
This error could be caused by a special character in the registration name (&, ^, %, é, ö, #, etc.).
Verify all fields are filled-in completely; leave no blank fields.
Verify you are logged on the Mac with Administrator privileges. Check System Preferences to reveal your login information.
Confirm you've read and agreed to the End User License Agreement.
If you get a spinning beach ball, check the internet connection and firewall settings. (System Preferences on the Mac.)
If you get a code not found message, verify the License Code, confirming there are no leading or trailing spaces.
If you get a message indicating the server's message can not be interpreted, rename your Checkout application (in the Applications folder) to something like oldCheckout, and reinstall Checkout. Do not remove your Store.
The registration of Checkout requires the software to receive a complete and valid response string from the Checkout registration server. If a firewall on your Mac, router, modem, or ISP connection, prevents this return, you will not be able to register your software.

    Good morning,

    The problem is solved.
I re-installed Checkout and is ok now.

    Thank you for your patience.
