Converting/Exporting Purchase Order to Excel format
Hi there,
I have created a Purchase Order and would like to convert/export it to an Excel format. I cannot seem to find an option to do this. There is an option to PRINT the purchase order. I seem to remember we can convert Purchase Order to Excel in earlier Checkout versions.
The only option I can think of is to create an excel file and key in manually which is time consuming and not to mention that I have cross-check with the Purchase Order for accuracy.
Hope someone can help me with this. Thank you in advance.
Christine

One work-around is to print-preview the purchase order, then copy and paste the order lines from the preview into excel.
(we use open office, so the next bit may be different to Excel) This puts each line into one cell per line.
You then need to highlight the column and do a 'Data, Text to Columns' with the delimiter being Tab.
It's not perfect but seems to work on the vast majority of order lines.
Hope that helps.
Cheers
Phil
