Can't find my store anymore!

My electricity went out yesterday while my Mac pro was in sleep mode with Checkoutapp in the background. Today I wanted to start up Checkoutapp and it tells me to browse for my store, I checked “manage my stores” and can’t find it their ether, does anyone know more about this issue. It’s pretty critical for me as I have no back up.
