Merging customers

Is it possible to merge two customer accounts into one, keeping the customer's entire purchase history?

I would like to know this too. Seems a basic function for any database and dealing with so many people, duplicate customer files are inevitable. Would like to merge all info in duplicate contact files.

I contacted Checkout's phone support and they told me that this feature has not been added to Checkout 4.0. I've worked with other systems in which this is a simple to do.

If you want to see this added, send a message to the developers by clicking on Help -> Send Feedback... in the main toolbar.
