Web Sync Stopped

While I am able to go through the process of syncing from Checkout to Enstore, it is not reflecting those changes and additions from the Manager in Enstore. It has been working fine then today it stopped. Checkout goes through the process and shows me the process bar but when I login to Enstore I cannot see the products added, pictures uploaded, or any new tags that I added in Checkout. I have tried the syncing proces 3 times and also did a Force Sync - all to no avail. Am I missing something because this was all working just fine before today. In all honesty, my patience with this software is getting very thin, and it looks like I am not alone with this regard. Thank you for your help.

    I have ran some more tests and found out some very important issues that are attributing to my web store sync issue. First, everything is synching to Enstore. Second, the reason I am not able to see both my newest products and newest tags are because the tags I created are within the variations of the product. Once I attached a tag to the top level product I could see it on the web site. This is a serious issue for me because I have a product of "Graphic Tess" but within the variations I need to separate the Onsies from the Tees, and Boys Onsie from the Girl Onsies. As you can can see this creates a headache for me.
