Tax on receipt
We have a major problem that upsets our customers. Hopefully it
is an easy fix, but we can not figure it out. On our receipt it
prints the price of the item with the tax included and then on the
subtotal line it shows it without tax and then a tax line appears
and it looks to the customer like we have added the tax twice. I
have had to explain hundreds of times to customers that this is not
the case. The math is right is just needs not to show the price of
the item on the receipt with the tax! Please help me fix this!

Hi Laurie,
Are you in a country that requires you to only display/print the tax inclusive price? If not, select Template (in the Manager) and then Advanced Options. You can select Excluding tax for both the Invoice/Order and Thermal Receipt.
