How do I open the cash register without a sale?

    Fernando,

    Do you have of one our supported cash drawers? You can check from the list at this link https://checkoutapp.com/kb/general/checkout-hardware. If so, you should be able to open the cash draw by turning the key.

    I do have one of your supported cash drawers. The key works great. I wanted to know if there is a way to do it within the software.

    Hello Fernando,

    The only way to open the cash drawer without a sale is to turn the key and open the drawer. The only setting in the software to open the drawer is to automatically open when doing a sale. Information on configuring this is at this link
