Not Authorized To Do A CC Credit Transaction

If you are receiving this error message when attempting to process a Credit back to a Customer's Credit Card, this indicates that a setting on your Merchant Account has to be changed.

The Merchant (Forte) should have an option for "Unsigned Transactions". This option has to be set to "No" on your account.
