Checkout 5 Automatic Conversion

Checkout v5 utilizes an upgraded database structure to provide better usability and stability with your data. Upon launching the application for the first time, Checkout will look for a database file from a previous version of Checkout and prompt to automatically import the stores into the new Checkout v5 database. This process will automatically backup all stores found in the older database, then import them into the new Checkout v5 database.

After this process has completed, the store data can be upgraded. To upgrade the store from the Welcome Window:

• Select Login to Store
• Choose your Store
• Enter the Username
• Enter the Password
• Select Login

Please note the upgrade process can take some time depending on the size of the store being upgraded.
