Can not submit support ticket
Tried submitting a ticket for the past 3 days, but I am getting the attached error message. Haven't received a confirmation so not sure if it works or not.
Please let me know if there is another way to get in touch. We have 2 licences and having issues.

I am sorry that you are having this issue. I have not been able to replicate this and have received no other complaints about this happening with other users. Could you send me screenshots of the information you are putting into the email window?
In the mean time, you can also send a direct email to info @ checkoutapp.com.

I think I may have figured out why you were unable to submit an email case through the normal channel. I'd recommend trying the email support again first in the future.
