Hi,

Is there any approach within Checkout for a fidelity discount system?

    Hi Frank,

    Due to Checkout's functionality there unfortunately is not a good way to incorporate a fidelity or loyalty discount system.

    You may be able to use one of the existing fields on a customer card to "mark" that this is a fidelity/loyalty discount customer. However, it would still require manually adding in a discount into the sale.
