Can't find my Store

Hello !

After my Mac turned itself down, my store was nowhere to be found. I would really appreciate if you could tell me how to recover my store. and especially the data alongside that.
I would apprecite if you could answer this request asap.

    I have the same problem with checkout 3.0 i alerady fellow step by step of this link https://checkoutapp.com/kb/general/unable-to-access-store and the problem stills the same!
