Store not Found

we cant access to our store, we were not able to find our store , we already fellow the steps that are in this link https://checkoutapp.com/kb/general/unable-to-access-store also we checked the FAQ and there was any info that could help us!

But my POS stills the same, right now im selling manually , sucks!
