Checkout POS Connector fails after installing Shopify POS app
We installed the Shopify POS app so that we can process orders via iPad. Now the Checkout Connector is failing to sync, says "Unknown Error Happened". I've attached an image of the error log from Checkout.
We currently can't process our website orders.

Also:
- we have installed the latest update to Checkout
- there is one order that was placed using the iPad Shopify POS app, and we suspect that the Checkout Connector errors when attempting to download that order
- we archived that order in Shopify but Checkout still has the same error
