Sales Report in Checkout 3.5.6 Build C3-7782

Sales Report no longer works. Have to force quit application on both main and remote terminals.

    Same on my terminal. Since the last update sales report no longer works. This is an essential tool for anyone working on Checkout.

    It works here - but very slowly. However the employee report does not work as adressed in another thread.

    Since update when accessing Product Sold reports and saving I get

    An Error Occurred

    /Applications/Checkout.app/Contents/Resources/Reports/ProductsSold.checkoutreport

    It appears the path has disappeared from the contents folder

    The Sales report seems to be taking longer to load, I'd suggest giving it some extra time. Dana, you should download the app again.

    Yes, thank you. The Employees Report issue has been resolved in 3.5.7 update that is currently being tested.

    Donwload the app from what location? Or reinstall from disc?

    What steps should be performed?

    Ron,

    Before updating CO the sales report only took just one or two seconds, now after the update it takes about two minutes. This report is essential for working with and exporting from CO. I'm not sure whether you work for CO but your answer about giving it some time extra is not a solution to the problem that has occurred.

    I waited 18 minutes and the application was still attempting to generate the report. I force quit the application to end the process.

    I am sorry that you are still having this problem. This issue is currently being addressed, and will be released in the next update 3.5.7 which is currently being tested. We will notify you as soon as its available.

    I followed the link and downloaded the file. Still have the same issues where you can not download Products Sold. All other functionality appears working.

    For the time being I'm using the products sold report, unfortunately this will not export.
