Working with Yosemite?

Hi,

I'd like to know if the latest release of Checkout 4 is compatible with Yosemite and if you've got any plans to update the design of the UI to match the new look of Yosemite, as the current look is now very dated by it?

Thanks,

    Hi Gareth:

We have plans to support Yosemite and Checkout v4, but be aware you should not upgrade your shop computers to Yosemite until we have announced compatibility. If you are participating in the Apple Beta program - we recommend installing it to a second drive or a second computer that won't affect your day to day business.

    I hope this helps.

Do you have any new information for the Yosemite update, it has been released and I haven't received any emails. from Checkout?

I have been using it for a few days and it works fine. Only one small issue and the information has scrolled up the screen on all panels like, products, orders, etc. Just need to scroll up one line.

    Hello,

I am having the same little issue as Ray Burg above. The alignment seems to be slightly out now.
For example. You search for a product you will need to scroll up to see the full details.
Hope you can fix this for us :-)
    Thank you.

    Hello J,

That issue is one of the known issues with the Checkout/Yosemite compatibility so this should be fixed in a future update.

    Dear Mike,

Is there any further update on this scrolling issue with Yosemite?

This adds a lot of time to our day scrolling up all the time.

    Tim

    Hi Tim,

The latest update to Checkout v4 - build 4.0.8 - should resolve the display issue with Yosemite. If you are currently running Checkout v4, you should be able to check for updates and run the latest build.

    Regards,

I have a very small boutique and Version 4 is not worth the investment for me right now. Any chance of fixing this scrolling issue for those of us still on version 3?
