I would like to see is it passable to add the term and condition on invoice. I have seen the youtube that the invoice template can change and edit. But If every invoice need to be difference, so what can I do? For example the payment date if I give the credit.

I don't know if this would work for you but you might like to give the 'Last Note' invoice template a try. It's available from https://checkoutapp.com/extras It prints the most recent note entered on the invoice. You add notes using the 'Click to add a note' function bottom left of the invoice entry window. Maybe you could have a text doc with a library of your various terms etc., and you could just copy and paste the appropriate one into the particular invoice.

You would need to be careful to keep copes (pdf or paper) of invoices with entries in the notes field because, as the name of the template suggests, it will only print the last note entered.

    Hope that helps.
