Deleting invoices creating during trial

Hello, I am trying to delete invoices that were created during my trial period and do not represent accurate data for my company now that I have purchased the software.
I am returning the products and then clicking delete but the invoices will not disappear from the ledger. Please advise.

    Hello Nicole,

    I am sorry that you are having this problem,. Once an invoice is created, it is a final document and cannot be deleted. You can however, credit the original invoice (return), that will in effect wash each other out.

    Create Credit Instructions

    Viewing Invoice list - You will see the original invoice and credit/return

    Open the Invoice
    Click the Return button
    Enter -quantity to be credited in the # column
    (use zero to delete item from credit/return) Click the Allocate Button Click the Invoice Button
    Click Pay and choose the same method that you used on the original invoice.
