Upgrading to v4

Something I'm not sure about and can't seem to find an answer to in the knowledge base, forums or blog: is v4 a free upgrade for existing v3 customers?

    Hello Danny,

    Checkout v4 is an upgrade and would need to be purchased. Updates to Checkout v3 up until the latest release - Checkout v3.6 - are free.
