    Hello Gilgen,

If I am understanding your issue correctly, you are trying to convert from a Windows POS system that you used to use. When you are trying to import your customers, you are having an issue importing the 2,000 customers you wish to use? It sounds like your import file may be set up wrong or during the import process you are not mapping the fields properly.

What I recommend is that you open your customer list in Excel to edit it. You may also want to open the Sample Store of Checkout and export the customer list. This way, you have a list to compare yours to. This may help you with how to set it up.

    Regards,
