Application can not open Damaged/ incomplete, after failed update

A update failed to finish earlier on and now checkout is unusable, what is the best method of retaining all the information and fixing the application, it is essential for our business.

    Hi Chris:

    I'm sorry that you're unable to open Checkout after updating. It's possible the update didn't download completely when this issue occurred. I'm not really sure which update you were trying to install, but we just recently released 3.6 which fixes support for OS X 10.9. If this was the update you were trying to install, please re-download it from this link:
    https://checkoutapp.com/checkout/Checkout-07795-3.6.dmg
    Note: Do not update Checkout to 3.6 if you're running OS X 10.5.x

    If you were trying to install a different update, please let me know and I'll see if I have a valid link for that version.
