Custom Printing Templates in v4

Hi Team,
your default template Checkout.checkouttemplate provided by your website is still a v3 template, so we can not create a new custom template in v4 as we have no default to start from.
Please provide a v4 default template.

    Simply trying to display all customer contact info (address, phone, email) on quotes, and invoices. I fought my way through it on version 3 and now that I've updated to 4 I can't seem to figure it out.
    I'm the store owner and don't have a Dev resource so any help is appreciated. I do have some basic skills. It seems like the documentation as well is the download is still for version 3 templates.
    Can someone give me the code to stick in the templates?
