Introductory Support

With the purchase of your software, you are entitled to 30 days of free Introductory Support from the time you register the software. This free Introductory Support includes assistance with Checkout installation and setup and is available Monday to Friday, from 9 am until 6 pm EST.

Self Help

There are several options for you to find answers to some more common issues. First is the ability to use the Help menu built into the Checkout software. That will provide answers to some of the more frequently asked questions you may encounter while working within your store. The next option would be for you to visit our website at https://checkoutapp.com/support and look through the online knowledge base for help.

Checkout Telephone Support Plan

A Checkout Telephone Support plan provides you with one-on-one telephone support with a Checkout expert right when you need it. Should you wish to purchase a support plan, or if you’ve already got a support plan and require assistance, please call Checkout Customer Service.

Online Case Submission

One of the benefits of owning Checkout is the ability to get free email support. To do so, simply fill out a form by visiting https://checkoutapp.com/support and then choosing the option for request support. Once the case has been created, it is typically responded to within 1 to 2 business days.
